What is your returns policy?
-Exchange only within 14 days of reciept. Submit a request to exchange within 14 days of receipt via the DaniLi Apparel contact form or email us at Contact@DaniLiApparel.com. Clothing must be in original state upon receiving with all hang tags and price tickets attached in order to recive new item for exchange. Clothing must not show any signs of wearage or the item cannot be accepted.
-All returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service such as USPS, UPS, etc. You must retain proof of postage until you have received your refund as some items may be lost on its way back to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
-No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Final Sale: All DaniLi Couture, Kustom Kicks, Accessories and Bodysuits are final sale. All markdown, sale, and promotional items are also final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What are your shipping options?
We offer USPS priority mail shipping (2-3 business days)
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we do not offer international delivery, however, we are working daily on this issue in order to make DaniLi Apparel an equal opportunity shopping experience :-).
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a shipping notification e-mail that includes your USPS tracking information once your order ships.
Once I place my order, how long before my order is shipped?
A majority of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days before your order is shipped. Stock items can be shipped out within two business days. Need your items immediately? Feel free to shoot us an email via our contact form to inquire about the processing time for any item before you order. We will let you know if an items processing time can be rushed.
I see something I love but not in my size, can I special order?
Aboslutely!! Just send an email to with the item name and size you need, and we will contact you within 48hrs as to whether or not we can accommodate your request.
