Exchange only within 14 days of reciept. No refunds will be issued. Submit a request to exchange within 14 days of receipt via email at Contact@DaniLiApparel.com. Clothing must be in original state upon receiving with all hang tags and price tickets attached in order to receive new item for exchange. Clothing must not show any signs of wearage or the item cannot be accepted.
No refunds or exchanges on "made to order" items as these items are cut to order as specified in the poduct description page. Please see size chart to ensure you order the correct size (see size chart below). No refunds or exchanges on face masks for health and sanitary purposes. Additional Final Sale Items include: All DaniLi Couture, Custom Vintage, Vintage, Kustom Kicks, Accessories and Bodysuits are final sale. All markdown, sale, and promotional items are also final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
All returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service such as USPS, UPS, etc. You must retain proof of postage and tracking information until you have received your email of receipt from DaniLi Apparel noting that we have received your item for exchange, as some items may be lost on their way back to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Vintage and Custom Vintage are authentic vintage and may be subject to imperfections. Imperfections may include but are not limited to fading, distressing, etc and will be noticeable in the products photos as all photos are a clear representation of the items condition.
Order Processing Times
Made to Order items take 7-10 business days to process before they are shipped. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing times. There is a chance that processing times may be longer than times stated above during Clearance Sales and Holidays. If you would like to inquire about expediting processing times for a specific item please contact us at Contact@DaniLiApparel.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
All Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of unforeseen circumstances on behalf of USPS may make this time longer. Once you have received your tracking information, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. If your item is lost or stolen once marked as delivered via USPS tracking, you will need to contact USPS. DaniLi Apparel assumes no responsibility if your item is lost or stolen once marked delivered via USPS tracking.

I see something I love but not in my size, can I special order?
Aboslutely!! Just send an email to Contact@DaniLiApparel.com with the item name and size you need, and we will contact you within 48hrs as to whether or not we can accommodate your request.
